Shipping policy

Delivery to main towns and city centres will take up to 5 working days. Outlying areas will take up to 7 working days. We deliver door to door via our chosen courier service.

Tracking
All parcels are dispatched with a tracking number. Once your parcel is dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you upon request. 

Returns 
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, we will refund the client in full within 7 working days. We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the our standards. Should The Beautiful Life Store exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions. Any complaints or compliments regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to The Beautiful Life Store - info@tbls.co.za

 

Please choose your purchase carefully as The Beautiful Life Store does not accept returns on any sale items or for change of mind purchases.
In rare circumstances where a product return is approved, The Beautiful Life Store reserves the right to charge an administration fee of 10% should a product return be authorised. 

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty, incorrect or damaged product, please email info@tbls.co.za  within three days of receiving your parcel. Please include your full contact details and original invoice number as well as photos of the item being returned. Once we advise that a purchase may be returned we will issue you with the return address details in writing.

HOW TO RETURN
Items being returned must be in the original condition they were sent. Returns must be received within 7 days from written confirmation by The Beautiful Life Store of the returns approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment less the 10% administration fee.
Once approval has been received from The Beautiful Life Store, please pack up the goods using the original packaging and return to the below address, including the original tax invoice in the box. We recommend using a trackable courier as The Beautiful Life Store takes no responsibility for returned items lost in transit.

Once the product has been returned to our store we reserve the right to assess the goods and either replace or at our discretion issue a full refund.
