Terms & Conditions
Purchase any Fragonard fragrance from our website.
After you have received your order, Don't open the fragrance packaging rather use your Complimentary Fragrance Promise sample that has been sent.
If you dislike the fragrance, or it wasn’t what you thought it was going to be, simply contact us within 14 days via email at info@tbls.co.za
We will reply with a shipping label for you to send the fragrance back. It is your responsibility to ensure the product is packed safely to avoid breakages. The Beautiful Life Store does not take responsibility for damages in transit. Please allow 48 business hours to hear back from us with your label.
The Beautiful Life Store have the right to decline a return if the product is not in it’s original packaging, has been opened, has been used or damaged. Final inspection and decision will be made by The Beautiful Life Store
Once we have received the return and have approved we will provide a coupon code to use on the Beautiful Life Store website for the amount of the fragrance returned. Please allow 48 business hours after receiving your return to hear back from us with the coupon code. The Beautiful Life Store conditions are in the form of exchange only for another fragrance and no refunds will be applied.
Return exemptions:
The Beautiful Life Store Promise applies to fragrance only (excluding roll on products) with a retail value of R1000 or more. No minis.
In store exchanges are welcomed and the customer must bring in proof of purchase.
Samples are only available for The Beautiful Life Store and will not be sent out without purchasing.
The Beautiful Life Store Promise does not offer a refund on perfumes returned. Exchange only which is to be used online via a coupon code. Coupon code must be redeemed in one go.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require an email with order number, image of faulty/damaged product and your reason for return. If return is approved and it is a change of mind, postage will be at the customer’s cost.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact our team at info@tbls.co.za. We will reply to your email as soon possible and get things sorted for you.
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. The decision to offer a change of mind refund will be made at our absolute discretion.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
