After you have received your order, DO NOT open the fragrance packaging rather use your complimentary "Promise Sample" that has been sent together with your fragrance purchase.

We will arrange to collect at our cost the unopened fragrance for a full exchange for another fragrance of your choice.

Delivery to main towns and city centres will take up to 7 working days. Outlying areas will take up to 10 working days. We deliver door to door via our chosen courier service.
