The carving knife and fork set is designed to perfectly slice all meats and the 200 year old olive wood handles are particularly hard, resistant to moisture and have a rich beautiful grain

Gude Alpha series is made in Solingen in Germany known as the knife manufacturing capital of the world. Each knife in the Gude Alpha Olive Series starts as a single piece of specially alloyed steel, beginning with hand forging and continuing through more than forty separate steps in the production process before completion.

Care Instructions:
Not dishwasher safe
Do not leave to soak in water as this may cause the wood to swell and crack
Clean after use with a damp cloth and dry immediately
Do not use caustic or scouring agents for cleaning
